Please note that all bookings are provisional until menus have been approved and deposit has been paid. Deposit for Festive bookings is £20 per person and as long as we are kept updated of number changes up to 3 days before your booking date, full deposits will be refunded, however after this time they will be non-refundable for absent guests. Full table cancellations will lose 50% of the deposit if cancelled within 2 weeks of your booking date or full deposit will be lost if cancelled within 1 weeks of your booking date.
As this is a very busy time for all, groups of 8 and more are required to pre-order their meals at least 2 days before their booking date. This allows us to ensure that we have enough of what everyone wants and ensure the best possible smooth service for all. A pre order sheet is attached, please use this sheet to ensure continuity all round. Please mark clearly in the notes any dietary requirements. If you wish to pre order any wines/bottled water for the table, please tell us at the bottom of your pre order sheet.
